Job Description Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and affiliated parties, ensuring timely and effective communication. Independently manage a portfolio of owners, maintaining strong relationships and providing consistent support. Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, handling collections from delinquent owners in a professional and solution-oriented manner. Collaborate and provide support to other departments to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery. Desired Skill & Expertise Experience in Sales or Business Administration or Customer Service Fluent in English, Arabic & French is a MUST, Russian is an advantage Good communications skills Business correspondence skills PC user (Microsoft Office package)
