Description

* Execute daily packing activities according to production schedules. * Ensure products are packed as per company standards and packaging specifications. * Monitor packaging materials availability and coordinate with stores for replenishment. * Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and documentation of packed materials * Inspect packed goods for defects, damages, or incorrect packaging. * Ensure adherence to company quality standards and SOPs. * Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality compliance within the packing area * Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch. * Communicate packing status and any operational delays to supervisors. * Support inventory tracking of packaging materials. * Maintain packing records and production logs. * Prepare daily packing reports and update MIS. * Ensure accurate batch details, quantity records, and dispatch documentation. * Identify inefficiencies in packing processes and suggest improvements. * Support implementation of lean practices to reduce wastage and improve productivity.
