What you will do: Manage a portfolio of 25-30 member relationships within some of the Regional and World’s most prominent Global Enterprise and Public Sector Organizations (Federal Government Included) Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for clients utilizing all ExP products and resources Possess strong investigative skills and the ability to diagnose root causes Connect technology with business objectives and have experience in business technology transformation Define and deliver innovative advisory solutions by assessing member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and developing a customized service plan Conduct on-site presentation and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables and local ExP events Build a strong partnership with Gartner’s Sales and other business units, and collaborate with them to ensure member engagement and renewal of ExP business Who You Are: Our most successful Executive Partners can adopt best practices, follow established processes, and embrace feedback with a mindset of continuous improvement. Gartner Executive Partners have a natural curiosity and share their knowledge and expertise with Executive Programs members. They understand the members’ mission critical priorities and build trust by delivering value and leveraging key internal partnerships to drive results. The ideal candidate(s) should be based or willing to relocate to Singapore, with past experiences working with client both from local companies and multinational firms Strong consulting/advisory background with 15+ years of progressive career experiences preferred Recent Banking and Finance Service or Fintech background strongly preferred Demonstrate strong executive engagement skills, enabling effective interaction with senior leadership, including CXOs and Board members. Demonstrate exposure to and ownership of large Strategic Programs and oversight of the Strategic IT direction of their organization. Extensive knowledge of a CIO’s focus areas and an in-depth understanding of the IT industry (including utilization of Gen AI, enterprise digital transformation, digital business strategy, leadership, IT operating models, technology strategy and trends, use of metrics, etc.) and priorities such as the challenges of “today’s” Technology Executive and how Gartner ExP can make the difference as an advisory organization Advanced critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills High tolerance and an advanced ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations and account scenarios Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills Superior verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills (Executive Presence) Demonstrable sales and/or business development experience with CXO level executives Curious and hungry to learn Committed to making others successful Willing to work in hybrid environment (virtual and on-site), and travel up to 25% domestically. #LI-EG1 #LI-Hybrid Who are we?
