Job Responsibilities Partnership development and strategy Develop a partnership and engagement strategy, with a focus on suitable government organisations, trade associations, think tanks and other related institutions Implement partnership programmes that can help deepen strategic alliances and enhance the Company’s reputation Account management and stakeholder engagements Build and maintain networks across government, industry, and civil society to uncover collaborative opportunities Manage stakeholder relationships to drive strategic outcomes in alignment with partner and Company priorities Events coordination Participate in and/or support events that can amplify the Company’s efforts in specific areas, e.g. Sustainability, CSR Assess suitability of events for participation, sponsorship and/or thought leadership fit Job Requirements Education & Certification Bachelor's degree/postgraduate degree in Business, Communications, Political Science, or a related field is preferred Experience 2 to 3 years of experience working in roles focused on developing partnerships and stakeholder relations Other Prerequisites Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders Marina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
