Responsibilities

The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef. The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for leading the pastry and baker team, supervising the quality of the production for both the restaurants, café, banquet spaces and In-Room Dining. In coordination with Chef Jean Georges Vongerichten and local Chef Greg Vernick and the Hotel Executive Chef, the Executive Pastry Chef will be in charge of elaborating the menus for all Food & Beverage venues in accordance to food and labor cost guidelines and hygiene regulation and laws.
