Teatro Group is expanding its pastry team and seeking an Executive Pastry Chef responsible for overseeing the development, production, and presentation of baked goods and desserts across four distinctive brands. What are the duties to perform:

  • Directing staff, ensuring standards and safety compliance, and contributing to training and employee development
  • Demonstrated creativity in food
  • Sound knowledge of the preparation of baked goods and desserts
  • Ability to operate all kitchen appliances (ovens, induction cooktops, gas burners, steamers, propane torches, mixers, sheeters, etc)
  • Receive, store, and organize food supplies in storage areas
  • Innovative, detail-oriented, quality-conscious

  • A diploma or degree in Pastry & Baking Culinary Arts or an equivalent field is an asset.
