Job Description Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef in luxury resorts, 5-star hotels, or high-end fine dining establishments. Strong expertise in French, Italian, and contemporary pastry techniques. Demonstrated creativity and innovation in menu development. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. High standards of quality, presentation, and guest experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, luxury environment. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. Qualifications Advanced pastry and dessert techniques (plated desserts, chocolate work, sugar artistry, breads, viennoiserie). Menu design, seasonal concept development, and food cost management. Team leadership, training, and performance management. Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards. Ability to plan, forecast, and manage inventory and production efficiently.
