KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• A dynamic leader with the proven ability to build relationships and influence people at all levels
• A tertiary qualification in human resources, organisational development or a related discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior Human Resources management role
• Demonstrated knowledge, expertise and experience in all key areas of human resources with extensive exposure to employee development and engagement, industrial relations, organisation development and change management including cultural change
