Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Executive & People Operations Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of support for our busy founder, ensuring that both his personal and professional lives run seamlessly. You will also contribute to our People & Culture initiatives, playing a key role in fostering a positive environment for our team. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, resourceful, and comfortable juggling various responsibilities—from office management to personal assistance, and even some HR tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executive & Personal Assistance: Support the founder by taking a variety of business admin tasks and simple personal errands off his to-do list.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies, coordinate team lunches, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the workspace is functional and welcoming.
  • People Operations: Assist with recruitment processes, organise team events, support employee onboarding, and manage HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Task Management: Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Problem Solving: Approach new challenges with a resourceful, can-do attitude, finding creative solutions to keep everything on track.
