Job Overview Location: Dhaka, Corporate Office The Finance Officer will play a key role in driving business performance visibility and financial forecasting through data-driven insights, automation, and collaboration. The role will focus on leading forecasting cycles, managing performance analytics, and supporting digitization projects to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making within the finance function. Key Responsibilities • Forecasting Management: Lead the end-to-end cycle by collaborating with planners, business finance team, and cost line owners to build and validate P&L forecasts in system. • Performance Analysis: Conduct quarterly results analysis focusing on P&L, market share, penetration, and portfolio metrics, supporting business reviews and townhall presentations. • Automation & System Enhancement: Drive digitization initiatives across finance functions by automating workflows, enhancing system capabilities, and implementing transformation projects • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders including business finance, Finance Director’s Office, and regional counterparts to support strategic projects and performance management initiatives. Requirements • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related discipline in Finance/Accounting • Experience: 9 to 15 months of relevant experience in finance, preferably with hands-on experience of data analytics (fresh graduates not eligible). • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and planning tools. • Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving mindset.
