Role Summary and Impact Campaign Activation & Management: Activate, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across various programmatic platforms (e.g., Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk) and social media channels (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok). Undertake the end-to-end campaign setup process, ensuring accuracy, adherence to best practices, and troubleshooting any tracking or discrepancy issues. Create detailed implementation plans, including targeting, bidding strategies, and creative specifications. Strategy & Planning Support: Support managers in developing full-funnel media plans that strategically leverage both social and programmatic tactics to achieve client objectives. Contribute to the ongoing refinement of media strategies based on performance data and market trends. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Proactively monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and implement in-flight optimizations to maximize ROI and meet KPIs. Conduct thorough analysis of campaign data to provide actionable insights during mid and post-campaign reports. Proactively flag potential issues and troubleshoot working with publishers and platform support teams. Collaboration & Communication: Foster effective collaboration and positive working relationships within the performance team, as well as with planning teams and external partners. Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders. Learning & Development: Attain and maintain key platform certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, DSP accreditations). Stay abreast of digital marketing industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Ad-hoc Projects: Undertake any other projects or tasks assigned from time to time to support team and client objectives. Skills and experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media & Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Any working experience in Digital Marketing or relevant internship programs is highly valued. Demonstrated expertise or strong interest in Paid Social and/or Programmatic Buying is a significant plus. (For more experienced candidates: 1-2 years of industry experience in a similar role is preferred.) Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with self-serve platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager. Understanding of the programmatic buying process and the display, video, OTT, and audio inventory ecosystem, including ad formats. Bonus Points: Experience with DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) and/or knowledge of ad operations and measurement platforms (e.g., Integral Ad Science, MOAT, Double Verify, Sizmek).
