Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience serving MD / CEO / Senior Management
. Prior international work experience
. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
. Proven ability / experience in working independently due to time zones / geographies.
. Proven ability to work collaboratively with C-suite executives and boards.
- Discretion and tact for dealing with confidential information
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Excellent administration and organizational skills
- Self-motivated individual who is able to multitask
- Meticulous and an effective problem solver
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Works well under pressure
Responsibilities:
ROLE
This role will provide administrative and secretarial support to Managing Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide secretarial support to the MD, including but not limited to tasks such as scheduling meetings and appointments, calendar management, tasking management and management of email correspondence.
- Remind the MD of important tasks and deadlines
- Prepare communication on behalf of the MD
- Coordinate, book and organize travels for MD
- Collate and submit MD’s travel expenses
- Liaise with staff, clients and business guests from different countries
- Project and event coordination when required
. Conduct research work
. Analyse financial data
. Provide strategic financial analysis, insights and recommendations to MD
. Prepare and organize Board papers
- Conference Meetings set-up when necessary
- Manage MD’s personal matters when required (such as family travel, VISA applications, family insurance, car insurance, road tax, property tax, income tax)
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
