As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in both professional and personal tasks.
Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll work directly with the CEO to keep the business and day-to-day life running smoothly. From managing CRM systems and emails, to assisting with light sales outreach, to helping with dog walks, this role blends classic executive support with personal assistant tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to the CEO, including scheduling, email follow-up, and task management
  • Maintain and update the company CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with light sales tasks, such as outreach, follow-up calls, and appointment setting
  • Support personal errands including dog walking, light office cleaning tasks, and occasional errands
  • Help organize and streamline both business and personal workflows
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external communication when needed
  • Proactively anticipate needs and take initiative to solve problems before they arise

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar support role ideal but not required.
