This role is critical to ensuring training compliance, communication flow, reporting accuracy, and operational follow-through across our sales team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident following up with others, comfortable handling sensitive information, and able to work independently once trained. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training Attendance & Compliance Attend daily meeting to track attendance. Confirm completion of required pre-training homework or preparation (communicated via Slack prior to sessions). Maintain accurate records of attendance and completion. Act as a compliance checkpoint to ensure expectations are met. 2. Follow-Up & Accountability Using delegated access to email and phone (SMS), follow up with team members who: Did not attend training Did not complete required homework or preparation Ensure responses and outcomes are documented and resolved. 3. Email & Slack Management Manage non-critical emails and Slack messages on behalf of the senior leader. Draft and send responses where appropriate. Filter, prioritise, and flag items that require direct attention versus those that can be handled independently. Keep communication flowing and inboxes organised. 4. CRM / Deal Oversight (HubSpot) Review member deals in the CRM when requested, particularly where: A deal has fallen over A refund has occurred Check specific process checkpoints in HubSpot to confirm the team member followed the correct internal process. Summarise findings clearly and flag any gaps or issues. Knowledgeable in Automation 5. Ad-Hoc Reporting & Data Requests Respond to direct questions from the senior leader such as: Conversion rates for a specific team member Number of sessions conducted Other performance or activity metrics Retrieve accurate data from existing reports, documents, or systems. Deliver clear, concise answers (not raw data dumps). Training will be provided on where and how to access reporting. 6. General Personal Assistant Duties Calendar and meeting coordination as required. Organising documents, notes, and internal information. Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Acting as a reliable point of execution for delegated tasks. Must be on Zoom with camera on during working hours.
