Position Summary: As the Executive Assistant to our Managing Director, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation. Responsibilities
  • Act as the confidential and personal Executive PA to the Managing Director, delivering high-level secretarial services that include organising meetings, minute-taking, and drafting correspondence.
  • Be the vital ‘front of house’ contact, skilfully managing calls, documents, and ensuring efficient communication among stakeholders.
  • Keep the Managing Director’s inbox organised by highlighting urgent emails and actions, helping streamline decision-making.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and prepare documents in various formats, ensuring professionalism and accuracy in every detail.
  • Play a key role in preparing Board papers and support major events, all while demonstrating the highest standards of customer service and responsiveness.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for administrative improvements, ensuring an efficient and effective office environment.
