Description

A well-established and growing organization is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information, and can effectively balance competing priorities across both personal and professional domains. The Executive/Personal Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for the CEO, managing day-to-day schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing briefings and documents, and ensuring seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be proactive, dependable, and capable of anticipating needs before they arise. They will demonstrate strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction. This position offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the overall success and efficiency of the CEO’s operations while gaining valuable exposure to a wide range of business functions.
