Calendar management for the CEO, ensuring optimal scheduling and prioritization of strategic engagements; Reception and coordination of external dignitaries meeting with the CEO, ensuring high-level representation; Scheduling and coordination of meetings, including logistical and document preparation; Management of weekly Executive Committee meetings: scheduling, document collection and distribution; Travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers), both domestic and international; High level of professionalism, with strong confidentiality and discretion; Natural leadership and ability to anticipate needs and take initiative; Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines; Resilience in high-pressure and demanding environments; Adaptability to change and a strong sense of responsibility; Customer-oriented mindset; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit; Flexibility and ability to adapt to workload and pace; Deep understanding of corporate protocol and appropriate communication styles; Proficient in technological tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Online calendars and collaborative platforms and Organizational management systems; Outstanding oral and written communication skills; Fluent in English and Portuguese.
