Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Staffinity is seeking an Executive Personal Lines Account Manager to join a high-performing team specializing in high net worth and complex personal risk accounts. You’ll manage a carefully curated portfolio of clients who require elevated service, discretion, and custom coverage solutions. This is not a sales role — it’s a strategic service position for someone with deep personal lines knowledge and the finesse to manage affluent and demanding clients with confidence.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Serve as the primary advisor for a book of high-value personal lines clients
  • Provide coverage recommendations based on lifestyle, asset complexity, and risk tolerance
  • Coordinate renewals and policy changes across home, auto, recreational, and specialty lines (e.g., fine art, collectibles, vacation homes)
  • Liaise with insurers and underwriters to negotiate terms, limits, and custom endorsements
  • Deliver white-glove service and timely response to client inquiries and coverage needs
  • Identify and resolve coverage gaps and proactively suggest enhancements
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance across all touchpoints
  • Occasionally support onboarding or mentoring of junior personal lines staff
