We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to plan and follow up confirmed orders from Raw Material to delivery in their specific responsible value adding areas in order to optimize the productivity, Work in Progress and planned department delivery Key Responsibilities: Create monthly customer wise tentative yarn flows and share with merchandizing team for raw material requirement. Synchronize the detail plan with capacity plan, Knitting, Development, Dye house, marketing and Front-end planning teams. Slot the monthly plan by considering internal and external parties to maximize the utilization and secure the deliveries. Create customer wise actual RM flows and share with marketing team. Monitor production status and accommodate Bulk ahead and behind and revise the Seamless Bulk plan of the respective function (Knitting, Dyeing and Sewing). Make the production summary reports and share with the Knitting and Industrial Engineering teams. Conduct the weekly merch meeting. Conduct the next month plan discussion with Knitting team. Conduct monthly capacity meeting to see the current and future situation. Share plan status with the management team. Create warp knitting batch plan and share with marketing team. Knowledge and Skills: Degree Mathematics or Statistics. 1 - 2 years of experience in similar capacity. Good Communication Skills. Good Planning and Organizing Skills.

Responsibilities

The Executive - Planning will create monthly customer-wise yarn flows and synchronize plans with various teams to optimize productivity. They will monitor production status and conduct meetings to discuss planning and capacity.
