Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Bodywear team as an Executive - Planning. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to prepare capacity plans and ensure optimum utilization of resources in order to meet on time delivery to the customer and whilst guiding and following up with manufacturing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate with relevant teams to obtain required specification and determine manufacturing feasibility needed to reserve plant capacities Prepare loading plans to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements and plant capacity is fully utilised Schedule and attend merchandising and production meetings to ascertain issues and determine effective resolutions required to prepare and maintain a secured detailed plan well in advance to ensure undisrupted production. Provide solutions for anomalies due to production performance to plan; RM flow disruptions, etc while ensuring minimum impact to customer delivery. Ensure all planning information is accurately maintained on current systems (i.e Planning Tool and SAP) Analyse reports to facilitate production operations and management decision making Onboarding and training of new recruits KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physical Science, Engineering or Professional - Fully Qualified- Financial Accounting 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office package
