In this role, you will be accountable in planning and follow up confirmed orders from RM to delivery in their specific responsible value adding areas in order to optimize the productivity, WIP and planned department delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Create monthly customer wise tentative yarn flows and share with merchandizing team for raw material requirement. * Synchronize the detail plan with capacity plan, Knitting, Development, Dye house, marketing and Front-end planning teams. * Slot the monthly plan by considering internal and external parties to maximize the utilization and secure the deliveries. * Monitor production status and accommodate Bulk ahead/behind and revise the Seamless Bulk plan of the respective function (Knitting/Dyeing/Sewing). * Make the production summary reports and share with the Knitting and IE teams. * Sit monthly capacity meeting to see the current and future situation. * Share plan status with the management team. * Create warp knitting batch plan and share with marketing team. KEY REQUIREMENTS * Completed Degree in Mathematics and Statistics. * 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience * Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel, SPSS, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools * Excellent reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to develop clear & insight-driven dashboards. * Exceptional organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

The Executive - Planning is responsible for managing and following up on confirmed orders from raw material procurement to final delivery. They must optimize productivity and work-in-progress levels while synchronizing production plans across various departments.
