Executive - Planning Based at Linea Intimo Biyagama The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. Key Responsibilities: * Create monthly customer wise tentative yarn flows and share with merchandizing team for raw material requirement. * Synchronize the detail plan with capacity plan, Knitting, Development, Dye house, marketing and Front-end planning teams. * Freeze monthly orders. * Slot the monthly plan by considering internal and external parties to maximize the utilization and secure the deliveries. * Create customer wise actual RM flows and share with marketing team. * Monitor production status and accommodate Bulk ahead and behind and revise the Seamless Bulk plan of the respective function (Knitting, Dyeing and Sewing). * Make the production summary reports and share with the Knitting and IE teams. * Conduct the weekly merch meeting. * Conduct the next month plan discussion with Knitting team. * Sit monthly capacity meeting to see the current and future situation. * Share plan status with the management team. * Create warp knitting batch plan and share with marketing team. Knowledge and Skills: * Degree in Mathematics or Statistics. * 1 – 2 years relevant work experience. * Sound analytical and communication skills. * Sound negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

The role involves creating yarn flows and synchronizing detailed production plans across various departments to maximize utilization and secure deliveries. It also requires monitoring production status, conducting weekly meetings, and reporting plan status to management.
