Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Bodywear team as an Executive – Planning Sample Operations. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to drive Sample Making process by managing the resources in the respective area to deliver the Sampling requirements of the business on time at the required quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan, prioritize, and oversee sample operations to meet schedules, quality standards, and delivery timelines * Monitor and improve sample operator performance, efficiency, and productivity * Resolve quality, measurement, and technical issues to ensure sample compliance with specifications * Coordinate with Planning, Business, Cutting, Stores, Moulding, and outsourced teams to meet sample targets * Manage machine breakdowns and ensure timely mechanical support to minimize downtime * Track cutting output against sample plans and highlight deviations * Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and KPIs * Implement management procedures, control overtime, and optimize resource utilization * Maintain 5S standards and effective labor allocation across the sample floor * Motivate and support operators to enhance engagement and performance KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * B.Sc. Engineering textile & Clothing Or Equivalent Qualification * M.Sc. in textile engineering will be an added advantage * 1-2 years of experience in the similar capacity * Business Acumen * Product expertise * Technical know-how Innovation and Ingenuity * Good understanding of the internal stakeholders * Customer relationship management

This includes monitoring operator performance, resolving technical issues, and coordinating across various internal departments to achieve sample targets.
