Role Summary and Impact E-commerce & Social Commerce Planning: Develop comprehensive e-commerce media plans that integrate seamlessly within the client's strategy, with a specialized focus on social commerce channels like TikTok Shop and Meta. Performance Oversight & Optimization: Strategically monitor key e-commerce KPIs and collaborate with performance teams to guide optimization strategy and resolve issues on a daily basis & according to the campaign’s requirements. Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the day-to-day client contact, presenting media plans and translating performance data into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. Campaign Lifecycle Management: Manage the campaign workflow from planning and briefing to implementation, working with media partners and internal teams to ensure flawless, on-time launches. Data Analysis & Reporting: Use advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, queries) to analyze campaign data, assist with budget allocation, and create insightful post-campaign analysis (PCA) reports. Financial Accuracy: Own the financial workflow for your accounts, ensuring accurate budget tracking, billing, and reconciliation. Skills and experience 1-2+ years of experience in digital media planning or a similar role, with a media agency background being strongly preferred. Demonstrable expertise in e-commerce media planning, with essential hands-on experience in social commerce channels, particularly TikTok Shop and Meta. Mandatory advanced proficiency in Excel, with proven ability to manage large datasets, pivot tables, and queries for analysis and reporting. Confident client communication skills for presenting strategies and building stakeholder relationships. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, comfortable working with numbers, and extracting actionable insights from campaign performance data. A proactive and curious learner with a passion for the digital marketing industry, keeping up-to-date with emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices. A highly collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
