We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to deploy and sustain Lean concepts and tools within the business unit in order to develop the employees to enrich productivity and quality of the operational/frontend process whilst creating a problem-solving culture within the organization. Key Accountabilities. Implement new MAS Operating Systems, practices and processes to frontend/production and operations whilst carrying out special MAS Operating Systems projects through continuous improvements to facilitate the smooth functioning of the design to delivery process of the business. Prepare and conduct in-house training programs on MOS through analyzing information provided by consultants and secondary data/materials in order to impart knowledge and skills to relevant stakeholders. Prepare and generate MAS Operating Systems information regarding lean implementation status through reports, graphs, and visual display in order to deliver, improvements in production floor and facilitate management decisions. Evaluate Value streams along with the team leaders/process owners/group leaders/account representatives (Front end – customer base) in order to ensure all elements and requirements of the modules/accounts processes are in place. Knowledge and Skills: Degree in Business Administration / Physical Science / Mathematics 1-2 years of relevant work experience Good team player. Strong/ effective communication skills. Project management and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
