Executive Producer As the Executive Producer on the APAC Marketing Team on our video sharing platform client account, your work is instrumental to shining a spotlight on the rising & established stars of the platform and will result in more Creators considering the platform for growing their audience and expressing their creativity. Your responsibilities as Executive Producer will primarily be focused on delivering world-class, high-quality, innovative, and engaging live, virtual and hybrid programs as part of larger marketing programs & campaigns across creators & artists. Your work will include leading & managing production & partner creative agencies, managing overall project timelines, documents, and budgets, working alongside our team to drive marketing goals of fan, creator & brand satisfaction. You will coordinate across multiple languages and teams in the region, develop best practices, champion innovation, look for creative solutions to achieve goals and contribute to internal team initiatives to improve processes. You will work closely with the Creative and Show Director to shape each program’s experiences and lead the execution of these experiences together with the client, internal teams and agency partners. You recognise and respect Creators as we put them at the forefront of our programs and have a passion to understand , and prioritize initiatives to get results to serve them. We are looking for someone with strong producer background across multiple consumer experiences & the entertainment industry, especially in the field of brand events & large scale music festivals, who can work seamlessly with the rest of the marketing team and key cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Partnerships, Social, Production, etc). You should also show mastery in managing relationships and output coming from working teams and agency partners. Role: Lead execution of programs globally, taking direction on strategy and creative vision and formulating a plan of execution, working with regional teams & local markets Maintain budget and develop agency briefs and contracting documentation Drive regular cadence of planning meetings Lead and manage a network of agencies across production, creative & content in a scalable format across the programmes Lead content and show execution workstream Leading music licensing workstream Develop best practices and champion innovation across programs in different markets Works towards successful execution with a key understanding of local marketing teams concerns, market context & ambitions You: BA/BS degree preferred within relevant disciplines Extensive producing experience in entertainment or brand experience space 10+ years of producer experience, including large scale, high profile events for broadcast or livestream in the entertainment sector or brand experience space 5+ years of experience in show production 3+ years of experience in technology preferred, or a demonstrated understanding and interest in the technology business Strong project management, ability to work across project teams on several projects at once, and previous experience working with agencies Demonstrate multi-stakeholder management skills across multiple markets Detail-oriented mindset to manage production and delivery of programmes Creative mindset to innovate and maintain creative/cultural edge of programmes Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, independent thinker and a good communicator Passion for the web and video ecosystem and digital culture. Understanding of video sharing platforms, its creators and identify opportunities to celebrate the creator community Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentations skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects spanning across JAPAC.
