We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to understand market trends and consumer perceptions in order to ensure all products are as per the customer requirements through the use of technical knowledge and resources; thereby, producing high standard products. Key Responsibilities: To coordinate with the customer on a regular basis in order to understand their requirements and to make relevant changes if necessary. To negotiate prices and set testing standards with the suppliers whilst, directing them for the development & bulk processes in a timely manner in order to meet customer requirements. To liaise with the internal development teams in integrating customer specifications to the specified garments. To liaise with testing laboratories to ensure that the development needs are adequately reflected in the final garment. Knowledge and Skills: Degree or HND in Textile Engineering or Physical Science. 2‐3 years’ industry experience including the development and bulk process. Experience in the sample room operations and planning Expertise in sewing technical and machinery knowledge. Experience in Team Member allocation and handling. Good Communication Skills. Good Planning and Organizing Skills. Excellent Analytical Skills.
Responsibilities
The role involves coordinating with customers to understand their requirements and making necessary changes. It also includes negotiating prices with suppliers and ensuring that internal development teams integrate customer specifications into the garments.
