Executive Production - Creative Polymats Pvt Ltd - Dankotuwa Job Responsibilities Ensure required production inspections are carried out effectively at each stage of the production process to maintain product parameters. Ensure final products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Coordinate with the Supply Chain team and provide immediate and accurate responses to all production-related issues. Monitor and follow up on production progress against the production plan. Lead, supervise, and manage the production team to achieve targeted production output and quality levels. Candidate Profile Degree from a reputed university in Science or Engineering discipline. Previous production-related experience in a manufacturing organization. Knowledge of ERP systems; experience in an SAP environment will be an added advantage. Energetic individuals with strong teamwork and leadership skills. Knowledge of safe working procedures and ISO standards will be an added advantage. Preference will be given to those who are from Dankotuwa or around proximity

Responsibilities
