Executive - Production (Based at Methliya) A dedicated vertical of MAS Holdings, MAS Kreeda produces revolutionary high-performance sportswear for Nike- one of the leading sports brands in the world. Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Kreeda team as a Executive - Production! This role would enable you to oversee and ensure that all production activities at the given modules are completed in an efficient and timely manner by monitoring the process, solving any issues whilst providing leadership and motivation to the assigned teams and implementing plans. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare internal daily and weekly plans to achieve the assigned production plan together with Executives/ group Leaders. Monitor and take action on PTP issues, achieving same according to the plan. Coordinate with quality, IE and mechanical teams to ensure that critical quality/ technical issues are identified and resolved quickly to facilitate the achievement of targets. Follow-up closely on output quantities/ size ratios whilst also following-up with the respective departments on same in order to ensure size ratios are completed as per shipment plans. Facilitate the reconciliation process by carrying out 100% physical reconciliation of input, accessories and output of same. Check production control boards on an hourly basis, drive same to achieve targets and monitor SQDCM charts, taking proactive steps to prevent future issues. Attend PP meetings, work with Work Study/ Mechanical teams to ensure the availability of machinery and attachments during break-downs and prepare machine layouts within the given guidelines. Monitor line WIP levels, take steps to remove bottle necks and maintain a balanced flow within same. Ensure the following administrative functions such as check absenteeism and ensure attendance registers are maintained, authorize leave, confirm operators, monitor the teams’ performance etc. Work with the IE team to understand and compare the GSD sequence against actual practices and Attend to bottlenecks and solve same. Manage the direct head-count and skill levels of the assigned teams, co-ordinate with Human Resources and Industrial Engineering teams to ensure the fulfilment of headcount and skill levels as define by the management. Adhere to instructions from the Superior regarding decisions/ instructions obtained via the daily production meeting, conduct operator meetings on a daily basis for each module. Ensure compliance with the defined governance framework including upholding the MAS DNA, following, group/company polices procedures, best practices (where the group/company policies and procedures are not defined), relevant laws regulations and undertake every necessary action to comply with the governance framework. Ensure that the environment, safety and health standards of the organization are adhered to while actively contribute towards promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within and outside the organization. KNOWLEDEG AND SKILLS Degree/ National Diploma in Textile from a relevant institute. 2 - 3 years of work experience in production/ work-study. Sound technical knowledge and sewing skills will be considered an added advantage. People (HR) Skills are essential.
