Executive Production - Unichela (Private) Limited - Casualline - Mawathagama MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. Intimates’ customers include Victoria’s Secret, Gap, and Calvin Klein. The division's innovation teams collaborate with universities and experts to deliver consumer-driven, technology-led solutions. This role would enable you to achieve the budgeted KPIs of the plant through close coordination with the relevant internal teams and thereby achieve the customer requirements on Production in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Plan daily, weekly and monthly delivery schedules as per customer requirement (to achieve 100% DIFOT – delivery on time in full) in order to ensure the customers’ stipulated delivery dates are met, whilst updating the senior team on the status in a timely manner. Closely monitor and follow up the sewing production process with steady focus on maintaining the customer stipulated Quality Standards so as to ensure the production process is carried out as per delivery schedule and approved budget. Identify the abnormalities in the production process with the support of the IE/ Work-study team and there by apply corrective action to eliminate the root causes so as to complete the style in a timely manner. Ensure pre-preparation of details pertaining to style changeovers and analyze the styles that are to be planned and the feasibility of the same, so as to ascertain the achievement of the first 3 days efficiency ladder that is vital to achieve the planned overall efficiency and timely output for the given style. Adhere to 6S, Health and Safety, Production & Social compliance procedures in order to eliminate waste, minimize cost and establish lean manufacturing concepts. Knowledge and Skills: Degree in Textile Clothing. 2-4 years’ experience in a similar capacity in Production Environment.
