Executive – Production (Based at MAS Casualline - Mawathagama ) The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. The value stream portfolio includes Victoria’s Secret, Calvin Klein, Marks & Spencer, Triumph, Speedo and Aerie. Positioned as a global centre of excellence, the Bodywear Value Stream combines advanced product innovation, technology-led solutions and operational scale to meet evolving consumer expectations across intimate and swim categories. Key Responsibilities: Plan daily, weekly and monthly delivery schedules as per customer requirement (to achieve 100% DIFOT – delivery on time in full) to ensure the customers’ stipulated delivery dates are met, whilst updating the senior team on the status in a timely manner. Closely monitor and follow up the sewing production process with steady focus on maintaining the customer stipulated Quality Standards to ensure the production process is carried out as per delivery schedule and approved budget. Identify the abnormalities in the production process with the support of the Industrial Engineering and Work-study team and thereby apply corrective action to eliminate the Root Causes so as to complete the style in a timely manner. Adhere to 6S, Health and Safety, Production & Social compliance procedures in order to eliminate waste, minimize cost and establish lean manufacturing concepts. Identify training needs of reporting employees and optimize their performance and capabilities and establish sound industrial relations within the production teams. Knowledge and Skills: A Degree in Physical Science, Textile or Clothing from a recognized university. 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity. Strong background in apparel production. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

The Executive - Production is responsible for planning delivery schedules to meet customer requirements and monitoring the sewing production process to maintain quality standards. They will also identify production abnormalities and implement corrective actions while adhering to compliance procedures.
