Build, mentor, and empower cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across engineering, manufacturing operations, and support organizations. Define KPIs and provide transparent reporting on manufacturing readiness and execution, including project milestones and financial performance, to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors. Champion operational excellence, driving continuous improvement and organizational change to position Oak Ridge as a world-class nuclear manufacturing site. We’d Love to Hear from People With: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. PMP certification or equivalent program management credential is highly desirable. 15+ years of progressive experience leading complex programs, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles overseeing large-scale manufacturing or capital projects (>$1B scope). Proven success integrating engineering, production, and operations functions within a regulated industrial environment (energy, nuclear, aerospace, or defense preferred). Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels—from plant operations to federal agency executives. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a “Q” Clearance (active clearance preferred). A Successful Candidate Brings: Deep experience in nuclear or advanced manufacturing operations.
