THE ROLE AND THE TEAM

In your role as Executive Project Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with the CPO and their leadership team on driving strategic priorities for the company. Working on a broad set of strategic and organisational topics will provide you with opportunities to demonstrate and further develop your project management and stakeholder management skills as well as strategic thinking and problem solving skills.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • You’ll support the CPO with adhering to their daily business, in preparing and following up on appointments or working on internal and external communication formats; ensuring meetings are well prepared and keeping an eye on the agenda, key objectives and deliverables; coordinating cross-functional activities; strategizing about overarching objectives and priorities within the remit of the CPO
  • You’ll manage selected strategic projects at company level with expert teams from multiple parts of the organisation to drive business efficiency and effectiveness improvements. You will work in close collaboration with the CPO and their leadership team, in particular the Chief of Staff. Depending on the project, your involvement can vary from a steering role (PMO) to leading individual workstreams, including the problem definition, solution development and implementation work
  • Independently you’ll structure and prepare written materials, including researching and analysing data. These documents will oftentimes need to be tailored to senior audiences and adhere to the highest standards.
  • You’ll liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership.
