Description
Description We’re looking for an Executive Projects and Communications Manager (Office of the CEO) who sees both the forest and the trees - someone who can sense what’s needed before it’s asked, refine what already exists, and bring thoughtful order to a fast-moving environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO, helping him turn ideas into action and ensuring that every process, meeting, and message reflects clarity and excellence. You’ll bring discernment to decisions, creativity to problem-solving, and calm structure to a leader who thrives on momentum and innovation. We believe each person has God-given strengths designed to bring order, clarity, and excellence to the world around them. This role is for someone who wants to use those gifts to make a lasting impact. Why This Role Matters Great leadership depends on rhythm, focus, and discernment. You’ll help create that rhythm by ensuring the CEO’s time, communication, and commitments reflect excellence and intentionality. This isn’t just about managing a calendar or handling logistics - it’s about seeing what could be better and having the courage and creativity to make it so. You’ll use your God-given ability to perceive what’s needed, refine what’s working, and simplify what’s not. What You’ll Be Doing Refining existing processes and workflows with fresh ideas that improve efficiency and clarity. Managing the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and communication with discernment and precision. Anticipating needs before they’re spoken and bringing solutions that make life run smoother. Capturing and organizing ideas so they turn into action instead of being lost in the whirlwind. Coordinating travel, meetings, and events that reflect excellence and attention to detail. Maintaining alignment and follow-through across priorities, projects, and communication. Using technology creatively to simplify and strengthen daily operations. What you bring 5-6 years of executive or administrative experience with a Bachelor’s in Communications or Business, or 7+ years of commensurate experience. A high level of discernment - you can read people, sense priorities, and respond with good judgment. A natural desire to refine and improve, not just maintain. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidence with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and modern organization tools. Integrity, confidentiality, and grace under pressure. A heart to serve others through your God-given gifts of organization, insight, and follow-through. You’ll Thrive Here If You Love improving what already exists and seeing ideas come to life. Bring calm, clarity, and creativity to fast-moving situations. Believe that excellence is a reflection of care and stewardship, not perfectionism. Know that details matter because people matter. Want your work to have lasting meaning and purpose. The Details Location: Primarily on-site, with flexibility when the CEO travels Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field and 5-6 years of professional experience or 6-7 years of progressively responsible work experience in lieu of a degree. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, draft professional communications, and maintain discretion with sensitive information. Strong interpersonal and organizational awareness; capable of representing executive-level messaging and insight. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
