Description

1. Sampling and analysis of In-process samples, Intermediates, Hold time samples, Process validation samples, Cleaning validation samples, Rinse samples, Swab samples, Raw materials, Particle size analysis and Finished products by HPLC. 2. Analysis of accelerated and long term stability studies of APIs. 3. Analysis for qualification of working standards and impurity standards as per requirement. 4. Initiation, completion and filing of Daily Analytical Reports. 5. Calibration of instruments as per calibration schedule. 6. To complete activity of Preventive maintenance of analytical Instruments. 7. To initiate the change control and perform related activity. 8. Maintenance of HPLC columns. 9. Monitoring of stock of adequate glassware, chemicals, instruments, reference standard and volumetric standards. In case of insufficient stock, requisition of the same for avoiding delay of testing. 10. In absence, all above assignments will be handed over to Sr. Executive/ Designee. 11.Any other assignment by the Asst. manager / Department Head 12.Observation of Good Laboratory Practices as laid down in Quality Control Standard Operating procedures.

Responsibilities
