We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to monitor and ensure the entire processes adhere to product safety procedures in order to meet customer quality requirements whilst supporting continuous improvement KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Size Set review to understand the garments are in accordance with quality standards. PP meeting participating in order to contribute from quality point of view. Participating in to plant morning meeting and share findings. Involving to 3rd party and customer final audits to support external auditing process. On time system and manual report updating. Conduct final inspection accordingly for shipment clearance. Wash test sample tracking to understand if samples adhere to quality standards. Conduct inline inspections to make sure quality standards are adhered. Top of Production sample checking to understand new style is in accordance with quality standards and take necessary actions as an when required. 1st 10pcs review to understand new style is in accordance with quality standards and take necessary actions as an when required. Cut kit review to understand the cut kit are in accordance with quality standards and take necessary actions as an when required.. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree in Physical science or Statistics. Experience in apparel industry, especially in Cut & Sew 2–3 years’ relevant experience. Thorough knowledge in Statistics and Power‐BI Presentation. Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines in fast‐paced environment.
