We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to monitor and ensure the entire processes adhere to product safety procedures in order to meet customer quality requirements whilst supporting continuous improvement KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Attend to development, pre-production, pilot appraisal meetings, identify and confirm quality requirements / systems / standards / technical specifications, instruct quality supervisors / inline auditors and ensure strict adherence in order to meet customer requirements * Ensure setting up of acceptable quality standards and tolerances with regard to product quality, in order to meet customer requirements in the most effective manner * Monitor the product quality assurance & control processes / control indicators, communicate with merchandising, lab, cutting, sample room on issues related to product quality in order to ensure prompt resolution of all quality issues / prevent recurrence and thereby assure the consistency of standards and provide quality related information for management decision Making * Implement, maintain and improve quality assurance / control systems, including SPC/RFT based in-process, end-process systems, special incentive system for in-line auditors in order to ensure conformance to required quality standards and the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes * Develop skills and knowledge on quality awareness of all employees in order to enhance their capabilities and thereby meet current and future challenges Compile reports in an accurate and timely manner whilst forwarding same to relevant teams and members of the management thereby supporting the decision-making process * Ensure preparation / update documents / sheets such as in-line inspection sheets, quality audit sheets, incentive sheets etc. in order to facilitate management decision making * Ensure product safety precautions are taken whilst maintaining standards and educating employees of same in order to satisfy customer requirements KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Degree in Physical science or Statistics. * Experience in apparel industry, especially in Seamless 2–3 years’ relevant experience. * Willingness to report to work in a shift operation * Color Approval Experience would be advantage Prior experience in QA role would be advantageous * Thorough knowledge in Statistics and Power‐BI Presentation. * Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines in fast‐paced environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure all processes adhere to product safety and customer quality requirements through strict adherence to technical specifications. Implement and improve quality assurance systems, including SPC and RFT, while providing data-driven reports for management decision-making.
