Description
EXECUTIVE – QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES * Coordinate and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO), including internal and external audits and report effectiveness to management. * Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, control costs, ensure compliance and coordinate related projects. * Develop and implement SOPs to ensure effective coordination and smooth operations across departments. * Monitor, measure and report organisational and departmental KPIs under the ICE framework and drive improvements to achieve targets. * Support sustainability and ESG initiatives, including data collection, reporting and projects related to Carbon Intensity Indicator 2027 and SDGs. * Manage administrative functions of the Marine Operations Division, including license, agreements, insurance renewals and general office operations. * Coordinate with service providers, vendors, travel arrangements and provide PA and front office support as required. * Assist the Director with reports, presentations, publications and accurate meeting minutes.   MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION * Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institution. * Certifications in ISO 9001 (Lead/Internal Auditor), QMS, Lean, or Six Sigma to demonstrate knowledge in quality management and process improvement will be an added advantage.  * A minimum of 03 years’ work experience in a similar capacity.  * Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.  * Proficiency in MS Office applications.  * Ability to maintain confidentiality
