Description

Monitor quality parameters during production (Brix, Acidity, CO₂ content, pH, TDS, etc.). Conduct line inspections at regular intervals. Ensure correct syrup preparation and batch standardization. Verify cleaning and sanitation of filling lines before start-up. Stop production in case of major quality deviations and report to concerned department. Test incoming raw materials such as sugar, concentrates, CO₂, and chemicals. Inspect packaging materials (PET preforms, crowns, labels, caps, cartons). Approve or reject materials as per specification.
