We're one global team driven by our common purpose to deliver a better world. Join us. Job Description AECOM is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) QS team. The role includes handling pre- and post-contract activities such as cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, variation assessment, and payment evaluations for MEP works. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with building regulations. Other responsibilities include reviewing engineering drawings and contractor proposals, preparing contract documents, attending site meetings, and maintaining good stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities: Support and advise on M&E services and consultancy work Review design briefs, contractor proposals, and engineering drawings Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and cost analyses for MEP works Handle pre- and post-contract administration and contract documentation Assess variation orders, valuations, payment claims, and final accounts Attend site and consultant meetings to coordinate on MEP matters Manage subcontractor works and repair/maintenance cost analysis Qualifications Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from a recognized University 4-5 years postgraduate experience in the design, supervision, project management, cost estimate, tendering, pre and post contract administration of either mechanical or electrical disciplines may be considered for Senior Position Responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic Good interpersonal and teamwork skills Good communication and written skills in English Applicants who hold a Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying, and are conversant with mechanical and electrical building services may also be considered.
