Executive - Raw Material Warehouse - Operations (BASED AT VAANAVIL - KILINOCHCHI) MAS KREEDA, is a division of MAS Holdings, exclusively producing high-performance sportswear for Nike. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to oversee and coordinate all activities pertaining to the fabric/trims warehouse to service the Kreeda Division and its relevant outsourcing operations, in order to ensure issuance in a timely manner, fulfilling production requirements whilst ensuring the adherence of all procedures for receipt, storage and issuance of stocks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for allocated plant fabric/trim pull plan. (This includes Internal plants/ Off-site plants/ B plants and the Sampling process). Taking part in the daily status meeting for allocated plant with value stream whilst negotiating and revising as required whilst advising on suitable alternatives. Coordinate with Plant’s PCU/Merchandising teams to update and replenish shortages pertaining to fabric allocated plants. Weekly follow up on relevant plants with EFL and get corrective and preventive action. Ensure 100% system accuracy by checking the physical stocks against the recorded stocks and conducting Cycle counting. Ensure that the relevant departmental KPI’s are identified and to meet the performance standards to ensure the 100% achievement of same. Ensure the availability of fabric as per the pull plan, informing relevant persons/ teams in the event of any shortages in order to fulfill the requirements for Plants. Ensure strict adherence to organizational standards such as SOP’s, compliance standards, health and safety and 5S in day to day activities. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree in Textile or a relevant qualification. 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity. Effective Coordination and Communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all activities related to the fabric/trims warehouse to service the Kreeda Division. Ensure timely issuance of materials to meet production requirements while adhering to all procedures for receipt, storage, and issuance of stocks.
