We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing operations and leadership team. This is a dynamic role with the flexibility to work remotely or from our office in Miami Beach.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Marketing Assistant will support the marketing function across all channels, ensuring the timely execution of listing launches, creative campaigns, social media, and agent initiatives. This individual will act as a right hand to the executive team and marketing director, helping manage production timelines, creative direction, communication with vendors, and content execution.

Listing Marketing Support:
- Draft, edit, and format property remarks
- Coordinate listing photography, including shoot scheduling and iPhone content for social media
- Communicate with photographers and videographers regarding logistics and creative direction
- Sequence and upload MLS photos, assist with walkthrough and “Top 10” image curation
- Review and request video edits, music selections, and tour enhancements
- Maintain listing checklists in Notion and ensure data accuracy across platforms
- Manage post-shoot deliverables, client communications, and asset sharing
Marketing Asset Coordination:
- Assist in the creation and refinement of marketing materials (in collaboration with design support)
- Support execution and approval process for magazine ads, flyers, brochures, and email campaigns
- Identify new advertising and promotional opportunities
- Send final creative assets to publications and external partners
Social Media Management:
- Coordinate weekly and monthly social media calendars in collaboration with internal team
- Draft, schedule, and review social media content across brand and personal channels
- Source relevant lifestyle, news, and property content for approval
- Assist with stories, reels, and highlights updates
- Maintain content library and post archive
Administrative & Brand Support:
- Coordinate branded product and promotional asset development (e.g., moke wrap, event materials)
- Support updates to LLR and executive websites including agent pages and media sections
- Conduct monthly sweeps of web content and update rankings biannually
- Oversee and route agent marketing requests for approval and execution
- Attend team meetings (virtual or in-person) and track project timelines
- Manage and respond to marketing-related inquiries via email and internal systems
