Interwood Mobel is seeking a dedicated Executive - Recovery to join our team and play a crucial role in managing recovery. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient recovery of dues while maintaining positive relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop, in collaboration with the Sales and Accounts departments, a comprehensive collection plan outlining actions for overdue payments. Coordinate with Sales, Key Account Managers, and Business Development Teams to maintain a detailed registry of receivables, actions taken, and next steps. Conduct follow-ups with clients having outstanding dues through visits, calls, emails, and SMS as per the recovery plan. Design preventive mechanisms to reduce default risks and ensure timely recoveries. Resolve client repayment issues professionally before initiating any legal proceedings. Liaise with relevant authorities to track progress on legal recovery cases. Prepare weekly reports summarising arrears, recoveries, and pending cases for management review. Manage Bank Guarantee (BG) approval, submission, and recovery processes. Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in collections, credit recovery, or a related role, preferably in the furniture or retail industry. Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
