WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment, hiring senior-level talent (VP or C-level) in a fast-paced, growth stage environment
  • Strong ability to ramp up on new domains in a short period of time
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and closing candidates across various domains
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated proficiency hiring for Product, Engineering, and Design (PED) roles

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to be a trusted partner as we continue to scale our great talent bench in support of our sustained global growth. As an Executive Recruiter, you will be a trusted partner with our GTM, G&A, Product, Engineering and Design leadership in hiring for our leadership roles, focusing on job scoping, executive alignment, candidate sourcing, and closing. We are building a truly unique, global company and as such, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of roles.
This role is based in San Francisco.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with senior executives to define strategic hiring needs and develop candidate profiles
  • Utilize creative and diverse sourcing strategies to attract top-tier executive talent
  • Serve as a thought partner to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for executive positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Provide a consistently positive candidate experience by building trusted relationships with candidates
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring strategies and goals
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices
