ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a seasoned and strategic Executive Recruiter to lead our senior and leadership hiring globally. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in hiring C-level, VP, Director, and Principal talent across multiple regions—particularly in startup or high-growth SaaS environments.
You will collaborate closely with our founders, senior leadership, and cross-functional heads to drive critical hires in Product, Engineering, GTM, and G&A. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings an exceptional eye for talent, and is confident running complex, high-touch hiring processes independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own end-to-end executive recruitment for senior roles across functions and geographies
Collaborate with People Ops on offer management, compensation benchmarking, and onboarding
