You have hands-on recruiting experience in the Bay Area and understand the local ecosystem: how hiring decisions are made, where top talent comes from, and what it takes to deliver results in one of the most competitive markets in the country. Whether your background is in accounting, finance, or recruiting, you’ve developed a network of Bay Area professionals and are eager to leverage those connections to grow your business. You take pride in doing things the right way, with transparency, hustle, and heart. What You’ll Do Drive new business development by identifying, pursuing, and cultivating client relationships across the Bay Area. Partner with hiring managers to deliver top-tier accounting and finance talent (Senior Accountant through VP level). Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement. Leverage your local network, and build new connections, through LinkedIn, our ATS, events, and referrals. Collaborate closely with teammates and leadership to share market insights, celebrate wins, and continuously improve. Exceed monthly and quarterly goals, focusing on long-term partnerships and high-quality results. What You Bring Bachelor’s highly preferred; Accounting, Finance, or Business major preferred (or equivalentexperience). 3+ years of recruiting or business development experience, ideally within the Bay Area market. Established network of Bay Area accounting and finance professionals and strong understanding of local hiring dynamics. Proven success building lasting relationships and exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High energy, self-motivation, and a sense of humor, we value both hustle and heart.
