We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Recruiter to join our team and lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level and executive roles. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and securing top executive talent. This is a hybrid role (2 days in-office per week) based in central Denver.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on executive or leadership hiring
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for C-suite, and VP, -level roles across various functions
• Strong network and sourcing capabilities
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Local to the Denver Metro market

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Executive search firm or retained search experience is a plus
• Familiarity with leadership assessment tools and methodologies
• Understanding of compensation structures and equity packages
  Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. The salary range for this opportunity is $85,000- $130,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location. You will be provided more detailed information about compensation and benefits for your specific location. • Partner with senior leadership to understand strategic hiring needs and define role requirements for executive-level positions
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing strong research, networking, market intelligence, and recruitment tools
• Build a strong talent pipeline for executive roles through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and referrals
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for cultural fit, leadership capability, and qualifications
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a high-touch, confidential, and professional process
• Present shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed assessment reports
• Lead negotiations and manage offer processes, including compensation discussions and onboarding planning
• Maintain and update records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment metrics and reports
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and executive talent movements.
