About This Role: The Executive Recruiting Coordinator will play a critical role in shaping a seamless and exceptional experience for every executive-level candidate who engages with our company. This individual will support the Executive Recruiting function by managing complex, high-touch scheduling, communications, and administrative processes that directly influence hiring outcomes at the most senior levels of the organization. In this role, you’ll partner closely with executive recruiters, senior leaders, and executive assistants across the organization, building strong relationships to ensure a coordinated and efficient process. You’ll need to operate with discretion, and attention to detail - balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a premium experience for both candidates and interviewers. A Day In The Life: Coordinate and manage complex, multi-stakeholder interview scheduling for executive-level candidates Serve as a trusted representative of the company’s brand, delivering a white-glove experience to all candidates and stakeholders Partner closely with executive assistants and senior leaders to align on priorities and ensure seamless coordination Support recruiters with drafting and managing sensitive materials such as offer letters and executive correspondence Maintain data accuracy and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate the executive candidate experience You Will Thrive In This Role If: 3+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator, executive assistant, or similar role supporting senior or executive-level hiring Exceptional communication skills — polished, professional, and approachable across all interactions Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgment Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment A collaborative, proactive mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with recruiters, leaders, and executive assistants Keen attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering a premium, white-glove candidate experience Benefits: Industry competitive pay Restricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology company Health insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependents Employer contributions to HSA accounts Paid Parental Leave Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability Teladoc 401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salary Generous paid time off and holiday schedule Cell phone reimbursement Tuition reimbursement Subscription to the Calm app MetLife Legal Company paid commuter benefit; $300/month Compensation Range: Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $95,000 -$115,000 + Bonus.
