As an Executive Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our corporate clients, specifically targeting executive-level contacts. Your expertise and strategic thinking will be crucial in understanding clients' financial objectives and providing them with tailored banking solutions to support their business growth. As an Executive Relationship Manager/ Corporate, you will have the opportunity to work with highly respected clients and contribute to the growth and success of Bank of Jordan. Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients, focusing on executive-level contacts. Identify and understand clients' financial goals and objectives, and provide them with customized banking solutions. Proactively pursue new business opportunities within the corporate segment and expand the client base. Analyze clients' financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and structure appropriate financing solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of banking services and products. Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to provide clients with informed advice. Monitor and manage the performance of existing client relationships, identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate strategies for growth and retention. Prepare and deliver presentations on banking products and services to clients and senior management. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in relationship management, with a focus on corporate clients. Strong understanding of corporate banking products, services, and financial markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level contacts. High level of financial analysis skills, with the ability to assess creditworthiness and structure financing solutions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Familiarity with local banking regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
