The Executive Retail Sales - Office Furniture role at Interwood Mobel is crucial for driving sales within our office furniture segment while providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. In this position, you will engage with businesses and individual customers to understand their office needs and recommend suitable products to optimize their workspace. Key Responsibilities: Actively engage with customers in the office furniture showroom, guiding them through product selection and customization options. Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging knowledge of office ergonomics, trends, and products to encourage informed purchasing decisions. Prepare sales quotes and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of deliveries. Conduct follow-ups with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships. Maintain a clean and organized showroom display that showcases our office furniture range and meets corporate standards. Collaborate with team members to create sales strategies and promotional initiatives to boost store performance. Staying informed about industry trends and new product offerings to provide clients with the most relevant solutions. Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, or a related field preferred. 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, particularly in office furniture or related industries. Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to connect with business clients and understand their needs. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals effectively. Knowledge of office furniture design, ergonomics, and space planning is an advantage. Proficient in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational skills.
